We still recommend Express Post for faster delivery (within Australia Only):

Normally guaranteed next business day delivery by Australia Post applies only within the Express Post  network*  and when posted in a yellow street post box or over the counter at an Australia Post retail outlet. Overseas shipment not included.

*Please refer to Australia Post website to check if your order delivery is within the Express Post network. Otherwise it will be delivered at the Regular delivery timeframe.

Washi Tape Australia will post the order by 6pm of the next business day of cleared payment.  

Washi Tape Australia will not be held responsible for any shipment delays incurred by Australia Post. 

The Express Post delivery timeframe will commence from when item is posted in a yellow street post box or over the counter at an Australia Post retail outlet by Washi Tape Australia.

If Australia Post accepts responsibility for a Delayed Delivery within the Express Post network, Washi Tape Australia will refund the customer the Express Post fee paid for the order.

  • Although all care is taken in packing items prior to shipping, Washi Tape Australia will not be held responsible, nor replace or refund orders delayed, lost, damaged or stolen whilst in transit. However, we will contact Carrier company and request investigation if order has a tracking number.
